Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

• Your name, mobile number, and payment account details must match your identity document.
• Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk188 currently supports the following mobile banking methods. Every transaction must be completed through your own registered account:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

After verification is complete, withdrawal requests are generally processed to your mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Your identity verification must be complete before you can withdraw.

3.4 Third-Party Transactions

Using another person's mobile wallet account to deposit or withdraw is strictly prohibited. If a third-party transaction is detected, the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳26,000 or more, the maximum bonus cap of ৳15,000 applies, resulting in a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance). For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in wagers before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories — see the details of each offer.
• A bonus cannot be combined with any other promotion unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• tk188 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.
• Each promotion is available once per person/household/device.

4.4 VIP Programme

tk188's VIP programme has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can gradually move up to higher tiers based on your activity and participation. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

5.1 Betting Decisions

All bets placed on tk188 are considered final. tk188 reserves the right to correct any bets that were settled incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake. Affected users will be notified in such cases.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All markets may be available both before an event and during live play. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally refunded, though specific market terms may apply.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games — slots, live casino, fishing games, table games — are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is fair and verifiable. tk188 is committed to ensuring fair play.

5.4 Cheating & Misconduct

• Cheating, using bots, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack another user's account may result in legal action.

• Evidence of being a minor.

8.2 User Request to Close Account
